It is a well known economic fact that you cannot consume more than you produce.  Well known to everyone but the current Administration.  Barry and his big deer just cannot seem to wrap their minds around the fact that money is a finite resource.  Doubt me?  Just watch Ben Bernanke at the American Dollar Printing Press.  He's acting like he's freakin' Guttenberg the way he's printing more and more money.  It's like they never taught him lesson one in inflation in economics school.  Considering the state of education in the past century, it would come as no surprise.

You cannot eat your cake and have it, too.  You cannot consume more than you produce.  Resources are finite, once you use them all up, they are gone forever.

These are all lessons that we pretty much figure out by the time we're eight years old.  But not the Liberals, no.  These are people who scoffed at farmers and their elders for husbanding resources and saving for a rainy day.  The Grasshoppers in our Ant society.  And we let them get away with it.

I'm not going to.  I never have.  I have despised this mind set probably from conception. It is so much a part of me that I cannot think of myself without it.  You cannot have what you have not earned.  In other words, you can't have your pudding if you don't eat your meat. If you don't eat your meat you can't have your pudding.  Thank you Pink Floyd.

Let's take a short moment and look at the math skills of the freaks of nature who now inhabit DC.  They think that they can reduce health care costs by adding millions more into the system.  Because there is such a thing as a free lunch. That's what the saying says.  Wait, that's not right...

The high cost of medical care is caused by, wait for it, Medicare MAC coverage who pay pennies for high cost medical care based on a formula that the government paid statisticians at Harvard to come up with to justify paying nothing for something.  This is pure made up math that makes no sense in a logical world.  Logic has no place in government, just ask Thomas Jefferson.  No, wait, that's wrong...

If the medical world were forced to compete like vets do, health care costs would be a fraction of what they are now.  Someone has to pay for Medicaid MRIs and it's you and me and the real health insurance companies.  Someone has to pay for all of those illegals going to the ER for the sniffles.  Because there is such a thing as a free ride.  I think the Great Society proved that definitively.  Uhm... wait...

The high cost of gasoline?  When you consider that most of us are paying $4 for a gallon of gas, and then you realize that the cost of that gas is MOSTLY taxes put there by the state and federal government.  Everybody needs gas, so let's tax the life out of it.  What happens?  People use less gas and the things they wanted to fund with all of that money cause them to tax less gasoline more and voila!  You have the current energy problem.  Jimmy Carter anyone?  If you stripped away the taxes, and subsidies you would pay less than $1 per gallon of gasoline.  Put that in your pipe.  But don't light it.  Liberals have not managed to change the laws of physics.  Yet.

So there you are kiddies.  Why negatives are never to be desired.  Next up, Stephen Hawking and God Created the Integer.
