Liberalism as a Religion

You know the old days when scientists made fun of people of faith because they said their faith was something they felt, that their faith was proof that they were on the right track? It's pretty much the same way with Liberalism. How do we know that the Welfare State is right? Well, it sounds good, doesn't it? So therefore it must be right?

Liberals don't wish to be bogged down with things like facts and data. I think the Global Warming Lie showed us all that. Stealing from the productive rich and giving to the useless, shiftless welfare poor feels good, so it must be right. Right? Stealing the future of our children so that we don't feel any of the bad economy we've caused feels good so it must be right? Oh, don't show the numbers that shows our kids will be living in the gutters amongst the refuse of humanity, dammit! Libs want to eat their cake and have it, too and if they have to rob you, your children and grandchildren at the point of a tax collector's gun, they don't care. It's all about them dammit. And besides, it sounds good on a news clip.

Reason shows that you cannot eat your cake and have it as well. Real economics and finance show that you cannot consume more than your produce. Real life and history show that it has never been a good idea to let government take over your entire life, yet the Libs insist on screaming, whining and crying like some drama queen on YouTube that we have to let them have their way because it just sounds so darned good when someone made it up in the elevator the other day. The fact that that somebody had their hand out for a government research grant has nothing to do with it? And the fact that that somebody went to school with the highly placed Lib now crying that we all must do this, NOW! has nothing to do with it either.

Whenever someone tells me that I HAVE to do anything, I paraphrase Joe Clark "I don't HAVE to do anything but stay white and die.

If you don't believe what ever crap the Liberal Left is trying to cram down your throat you're a heretic, racist, baby killer, fascist, not a team player, no "I" in team person. You should be burned at the stake, etc. Are you sensing a theme? Is Obama nothing more than the reincarnation of Torquemada? Is he about to start a slew of auto de fe to show us all who is boss?

To be honest, I firmly thought it would Nancy Legosi starting that fire. I want to see Billy Joel write a song about that.
