No Radical Islam?

In a recent Senate Subcommittee meeting AG Eric Holder said, there is no radical Islam. He contorted himself better than a circus performer to get out of saying Radical Islam or Islamic Fundamentalist or even Terrorist. Much in the same way he couldn't understand when Rep. Ted Poe asked him if he'd read the Arizona Immigration Law. I babysat for Rep. Poe when I was a teenager and he was a District Court Judge in Houston. If he said put the kids to bed at 8:30, they were in bed at 8:30. I was seriously afraid he'd clap me in irons if I tried to lie to him and let them stay up until 9.

If you remember my blog on Progressive Liberal Speak, I explained that they simply cannot give voice to the truth. They have spent an entire lifetime in some Orwellian double think that allows them to pretend that they are morally superior. They simply honestly believe that they can appease that bully on the playground. If they don't call the bully a bully then he won't beat them up for their lunch money. Totally stepping aside from the fact that they just hand the bully their money when they step on to the playground.

When children are developing consciousness and abstract ideas this is tested by a simple game of peek-a-boo or hide-and-seek. If the children is told to hide and they put their fingers over their eyes and think that because they can't see you, you can't see them, they know that the children are at a certain stage of development. Progressive Liberals never move beyond this stage of development. They think that by putting their hands over their eyes and telling themselves that the terrorists aren't really there, that the terrorist really disappears. It shows, in the adult mind, a total leap from logic and reason. You cannot proceed from there in any substantive manner because anything from that point is no longer based on logic and reason, but emotion and mysticism.

We must never close our eyes to evil or wrong. We must admit to ourselves that we cannot unsee what we have seen and we must process that information in a rational, logical manner. That's is the hard part of being a rational human being with a mind that will think. The world is ugly because we have all contributed to make it so. We have to admit that, our part in it, and move on to try to make things better. Admitting that people hate us because of our lifestyle or religion or the wine we drink is a part of life and is THEIR problem until they make it ours. But once they make it our problem as well, then we must fight that, not pretend it doesn't exist.

Because bullies don't really go away if you ignore them. That's the biggest liberal lie. They should know, they wrote it.
