Well, it's June 7th. Time for the world to celebrate the birth of... me. I know, much tequila shall be quaffed tonight. I'm like Cinco de Mayo without the cultural appropriation.
I've had well wishes from my kids, my friends and even a person I don't even know. It's been great! My youngest daughter came over for a quick visit and she gave me a wonder vase with some flowers. I love it. My Oldest daughter was the first of the kids to wish me well. She said my grandson got me a present but that his mother had forgot to send it. I told her that his mother could give it to me when we visit next week. (Are you all caught up now lazy stalker?"
My father in law likes to take me out to dinner on my birthday and I love not having to cook. Last year we went to an Indian place because I love Indian food, but I don't think either of the guys liked it, so this year I went with On The Border. Two words why. Strawberry Daiquiris. They have the best. So I'm getting ready and I remember I hadn't written out my annual State of the Birthday Address.
The last two months have been bad for everyone, but we all made it through just in time to buy my birthday gifts, so, I'm calling that a win. I'm slowly getting the animals out of my house. I'll be rehoming two torties, that are sweet, but have some mental issues. I kid, all cats have mental issues.
So, for my birthday, I want everyone to have a good time. Eat, drink, be merry. That's an order.
